We are a fast-growing company, and we are seeking dynamic and engaging tutors of Secondary and JC subjects to join our academic team. Coaching is provided by our senior tutors to ensure that you are well-trained to deliver effective curriculum and pedagogy.

Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons in a dynamic and engaging manner

Assist in the planning and development of lesson resources and materials

Prepare for lessons (including any appropriate teaching aids and resources) and grade student assessments

Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students, encourage wellbeing and learning capacity

Establish and maintain good rapport with students and parents

Provide timely formative and summative feedback to students to help them realise their potential

Assess and report on the development, behaviour, performance, and progress of students when necessary

Attend department and curriculum meetings on a weekly basis

Participate in marketing events and trial classes when required

Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Deliver professional and high-quality service experience.

Proactively identify customers’ needs and attend to their feedback and challenges in a professional manner.

Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems to increase customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the Enrolment team and provide regular feedback and insights to support enrolment and student retention.

Conduct administrative and operational tasks.

Ensure proper check-in management is practiced at Indigo centres.

Assist with crowd management during peak periods.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in operations and customer service

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and positive-minded

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required to work on one weekend per week (either Sat or Sun)

Prior experience in the private education industry would be an added advantage

Sales Enrolment Specialist

Job Description

Recruit new students through activities such as facility visits, campaigns, open houses and information sessions.

Counsel parents of existing and prospective students who are considering taking up new subjects; assist with academic program selection.

Provide accurate and prompt information on curriculum highlights to prospective students.

Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets.

Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with the core competencies of the company.

Understand competition and trends in the education industry to develop sales strategies and initiatives.

To work closely with other departments and stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, future plans and objectives.

Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects.

Product training will be provided.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years proven track record in sales, preferably in the education field.

Able to work on both weekends.

Knowledge of and experience with CRM, sales or customer service are highly desirable.

Driven and self-motivated.

Strong consultative selling and business development flair.

Excellent oral, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Part-time Marketing and Sales Operations Assistant

Job Description

- Engage customers (via walk-in, phone calls, email, etc) and convert enquiries to sales

- Support marketing and sales activities such as events, cold-calling

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

- Perform any related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

- To commit at least one weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) per week

- Good command of spoken and written English; able to speak Mandarin well (significant proportion of our customers are fluent only in Mandarin)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Meticulous and organised
