Enrolment Specialist
Responsibilites
- Execute enrolment strategy and increase conversion from leads to enrolment.
- Recruit new students through activities such as facility visits, campaigns, open houses and information sessions.
- Implement promotional activities to achieve enrolment targets.
- Make outbound calls, send email or messages to prospective students who are in the leads database. Assist with academic program selection and provide prompt information on curriculum highlights.
- Arrange trial class to prospective student or parent and develop relationship while sharing the unique selling propositions to maximize enrolment conversion.
- Respond to queries from prospective students or parent and address any information gaps regarding enrolment matters.
- Manage the leads pipeline / database, active monitor the progress and advancement of each lead until successful enrolment or closure.
- Understand competition and trends in the education industry to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
- Assist to collate conversion data as required for progress reporting and analysis.

1. Coordination for Trials
- SMS trial confirmation.
- Follow up with those who did not attend trial classes and re-schedule lesson.
- Prepare course prospectus, feedback forms and sign-up forms for trials.
- For paid trials, liaise with Front-desk that fees are paid before sending out the trial confirmation.
- Help with trial check in, if required.
2. Seminars
- Follow up SMS to invite parents for seminars (students that recently sign up / didn’t sign up after trials).
- Seminar attendance confirmation and preparation of the seminar attendance list.
- Set-up and help-out during seminars / events.
- Preparation of seminar folders.
- Ensure sample and masterclass materials required for seminars are approved by speaker and printed ahead of seminar day.
3. Reach-out
- Touch base on those who attended seminar for trials or sign-ups (through texting).
